How To Apply

Alpha International Academy is not a general academy like most others. Our managing team has been partners with the Institutions for over a decade now. We are working closely with our partner Institutions in the Philippines for the direct admission of our students. We help in documentation, the visa process, preparations and travel, making the entire experience seamless.

You can choose between online filling and physical mail. You will need to gather/prepare all required documents and proceed with the admission and Visa process. However the process will be pretty simple with AIA.

The Role of AIA

Guidance Counceling

At AIA, We will help you to choose the right career path suitable for you. We will guide you and councel you through every step of the way.

Securing Admission

If we find you suitable for the medical course, We will proceed with securing your admission as the seats are limited.

Visa & Documents

After the admission is secured, We will process your documents at the Ministry of External Affairs and then proceed to process your Visa.

Travel Plan

Once Everything is in place, We will help you prepare for your travel. A representative of AIA will travel with you until you reach the college hostel.

The Admission Process

Submit Application

You can visit the office of Alpha International Academy or the Office of a representative nearest to your location and start the application process. Alternatively you may also fill and submit your application online.

Schedule Counselling Session

Once you have completed your application process and initial screening, You may proceed to schedule your counseling session with one of our guidance officers. Give us a call or schedule Online.

Receive Admission confirmation

After completing Step 1 and 2 of the admission process, AIA will proceed with confirming your application with your desired institution. A Notice of Acceptance will be sent to you from the College through email.

Send in additional requirements

Now is the time to secure your passport, police clearance and other pending documents. Pay your Admission fees and Visa related fees.

Visa Process/ Interview

AIA will secure your interview schedule with the embassy. Our staff will also guide you through the interview process at the Philippine Embassy

Travel

Yay! Finally, your visa is stamped and we will make the final preparations for your travel. Our Staff will meet you at the airport on the date of travel and will take care of everything until you reach the college.

Contact information for the counselor or other school representative who will complete your Common Application School Report and submit your official high school transcript.
Contact information for one teacher (or two, maximum) who will complete the Teacher Evaluation form.
Nonrefundable $50 application fee. Students who are unable to pay the application fee can request a fee waiver.
